Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice pacientů hospitalizovaných v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných. V teoretické části nám představuje prostředí těchto léčeben, jejich vnitřní uspořádání a strukturu pacientů, na které jsou tato zařízení specializována. Jsou zde uvedena specifika somatických a psychických problémů těchto pacientů. V praktické části se pak máte možnost seznámit v uvedených kazuistikách s případy vybraných pacientů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny některé z možných nápravových metod a typů terapií pro tyto pacienty a součástí jsou i testovací metody zjišťující úroveň vybraných schopností jednotlivých pacientů.

This thesis is about problematic of inpatients in long - term medical care institution. Theoretical part of this work focuses on environment and structure of this institution and composition of patients in these specialized institutions. There is speaking about specific of somatic and psychical problems of these patients. Practical part of this work introduces us anamnesis of some inpatients. There is focus on about kinds of correction methods and types of therapies for this patients and it include methods of testing, which are finding out the level of chosen abilities of every patient.
