Porovnání způsobů vedení smíšených, dívčích a chlapeckých skupin

Abstract

Za účelem zmapování a porovnání způsobů vedení smíšených, dívčích a chlapeckých skupin byl proveden výzkum týkající se dětí v mladším školním věku, jejich trenérů a trenérky. Byla pozorována smíšená, dívčí a chlapecká basketbalová skupina. Dále byly provedeny rozhovory s trenérkou a trenéry těchto skupin zaměřené na problematiku vedení dětských sportovních skupin. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že rozdíly ve vedení dětských sportovních skupin nejsou výrazné z hlediska struktury sportovní přípravy. Rozdíly ve vedení dětských sportovních skupin vycházejí z názorů trenérů a trenérky na to, jakou roli by měl hrát sport v životě dětí v mladším školním věku. Jako diferencující se jeví rozdílné ambice trenérů a trenérky a cíle, kterých by chtěli v práci se svojí skupinou dosáhnout. Na základě představ o rozdílech ve vlastnostech a schopnostech dívek a chlapců a na základě představ o jejich rozdílné motivaci ke sportu se formují rozdílná očekávání trenérů a trenérky od dívek a od chlapců, která mohou výrazně ovlivnit způsob jejich vedení a podpory. Práce s dětmi v rámci smíšené skupiny je ovlivněna tím, že smíšená skupina nemá na rozdíl od skupiny dívčí a chlapecké před sebou herní perspektivu v rámci basketbalových soutěží.

The purpose of this work was to map and to compare the way of leadership of girls, boys and mixed groups. One girl, one boy and one mixed basketball teams were studied. The interview with trainers of these teams were carried out and focused on the problems connected with the leadership of child sports teams. The results of the conducted research show that the differences in the leadership of child sports teams are not important from the point of view of the training structure. The observed differences can be assigned to the different attitude of the trainers to the role of sport in the life of the school-age children. The trainer's ambitions and aims are also the differing influences. The trainer expectations can also influence the way of leadership and support. These expectations are based on ideas of different qualities and abilities of girls and boys and also on the idea of their different motivation to sport. The work with children in the mixed group can be influenced by the fact, that such mixed group has no prospect from the point of view of basketball competitions.
