Příběh Mateřídoušky

Abstract

Diplomová práce mapuje historický vývoj Mateřídoušky, nejstaršího českého beletristického periodika určeného dětem. Pokouší se nahlížet na Mateřídoušku v širších souvislostech od doby jejího vzniku v roce 1945 po současnou podobu. Z jedné strany periodikum těsněji přimyká ke specifické domácí politické situaci druhé poloviny 20. století a popřevratové uvolněné době, kdy do literatury pro děti pronikají komerční zájmy. Z druhé strany se soustředí na umělecký přínos časopisu jak v oblasti prózy a poezie, tak na poli kresleného seriálu, ilustrace a celkové grafiky. Snaží se vystihnout záměry redakčního vedení v jednotlivých obdobích a v této souvislosti i pozici dětského čtenáře. Literární časopis je chápán jako výrazný atribut rozvoje dětského čtenářství a potažmo i celkové osobnosti dítěte.

The dissertation concentrates on the historical development of Mateřídouška, the oldest czech belletristic periodical destined for children. The main effort was to study Mateřídouška in wide context from the period of the creation in 1945 till the actual form. On the one hand this periodical associate closely with a specific domestic political situation in the second half of the 20th century and a post-revolution released time when the commercial interests entered in children's literature. On the other hand the periodical focuses on artistic contribution both in the sphere of prose and poetry, and in comics, illustration and general graphic art as well. The dissertation tries to express the intentions of the editorial office in individual periods and in this context the position of a child reader as well. The literary periodical represent the important attribute of children's reading development and therefore child personality in general.
