Analýza školního klimatu a využití informačních technologií ve výuce s důrazem na učitelské vnímání

Abstract

Školní klima je souhrnem vztahů, pravidel, způsobů komunikace a celkové atmosféry, která se vytváří mezi žáky, učiteli a vedením školy a významně ovlivňuje motivaci, chování i studijní výsledky. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje školní klima na vybrané pražské střední škole se zvláštním důrazem na učitelské vnímání a doplňkovým pohledem na využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií ve výuce. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak žáci a učitelé vnímají klíčové dimenze školního klimatu, identifikovat faktory ovlivňující interpersonální vztahy a profesní spokojenost pedagogů a posoudit, jakou roli v každodenní praxi hrají digitální nástroje. Výzkum byl realizován formou anonymního elektronického dotazníku. Údaje od žáků a učitelů byly zpracovány pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a vybraných statistických testů pro porovnání obou skupin respondentů. Výsledky ukazují, že klima mezi žáky je vnímáno převážně pozitivně, zatímco vztahy mezi žáky a učiteli jsou hodnoceny kritičtěji. Učitelé popisují klima školy jako relativně stabilní, avšak upozorňují na nerovnoměrnou pracovní zátěž a rozdílnou míru spolupráce v pedagogickém sboru. The school climate is a combination of relationships, rules, communication methods, and the overall atmosphere that is created between students, teachers, and school management, and it significantly influences motivation, behavior, and academic performance. This bachelor's thesis analyzes the school climate at a selected secondary school in Prague, with a special emphasis on teachers' perceptions and a supplementary look at the use of information and communication technologies in teaching. The aim of the thesis is to map how students and teachers perceive the key dimensions of the school climate, identify factors influencing interpersonal relationships and professional satisfaction of teachers, and assess the role of digital tools in everyday practice. The research was conducted in the form of an anonymous electronic questionnaire. Data from students and teachers were processed using descriptive statistics and selected statistical tests to compare the two groups of respondents. The results show that the climate among students is perceived as predominantly positive, while relationships between students and teachers are evaluated more critically.
