Metody a formy práce s nadaným žákem v primární škole

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nadaných žáků na 1. stupni základní školy s důrazem na jejich vzdělávací potřeby a možnosti efektivního podporování jejich rozvoje. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat a hodnotit vybrané metody, formy a strategie využívané při vzdělávání nadaných žáků prostřednictvím případové studie. Šetření probíhá v konkrétní běžné třídě, kde jsou sledovány a reflektovány zkušenosti pedagožky s implementací inovativních přístupů do výuky v běžné třídě s dvěma nadanými žáky. Sledování se zaměřuje na uspokojování potřeb dvou intelektově nadaných žáků v běžné třídě. Pro sběr dat bude využita metoda pozorování, rozhovory s žáky, rozhovor s pedagogy i s rodiči, analýza výsledků práce žáků. Výstupem práce jsou kazuistiky dvou nadaných žáků, přičemž tyto kazuistiky jsou zaměřeny na charakteristiku nadání, problémů spojených s prací s nadaným žákem a predikci jejich budoucnosti. Z výzkumu je patrné, že nadání je spojeno s určitými nevýhodami a handicapy, je třeba s nimi efektivně pracovat, aby byla tato negativa potlačena a převažovaly výhody spojené s nadáním.

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of gifted students in the first stage of primary school with an emphasis on their educational needs and the possibilities of effectively supporting their development. The main aim of the work is to analyse and evaluate selected methods, forms and strategies used in the education of gifted students through a case study. The investigation takes place in a specific regular classroom, where the teacher's experiences with the implementation of innovative approaches to teaching in a regular classroom with two gifted students are monitored and reflected. The monitoring focuses on satisfying two intellectually gifted students in a regular classroom. The method of observation, interviews with students, interviews with teachers and parents, and analysis of the results of the students' work will be used for data collection. The output of the work are case studies of two gifted students, and these case studies are focused on the characteristics of giftedness, problems associated with working with gifted students and prediction of their future. The research shows that giftedness is associated with certain disadvantages and handicaps, it is necessary to work with them effectively so that these negatives are suppressed and the advantages associated with giftedness prevail.
