Sexuální výchova, intimita a vztahy osob na autistickém spektru: analýza přístupů v rámci tréninku sociálních dovedností v sociální rehabilitaci

Abstract

Tato bakaláYská práce se vnuje tématu podpory sexuality, intimity a vztahových dovedností u kliento na autistickém spektru v kontextu slu by sociální rehabilitace. Teoretická ást práce nahlí í na sexualitu jako na pYirozenou sou ást ivota osob na autistickém spektru. Dále pYedstavuje rámec podpory v oblasti vztaho a intimity, a to v etn právního ukotvení v legislativ a sou asných metodických pYístupo v sociálních slu bách. Cílem praktické ásti bylo prostYednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu porozumt tomu, jak pracovníci slu by sociální rehabilitace vnímají a Yeaí otázky spojené se sexualitou svých kliento. Výzkum byl realizován prostYednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovoro s aesti pracovníky jedné organizace. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy. Nejprve byly ve výpovdích respondentek identifikovány konkrétní kódy, které vystihovaly významové jednotky textu. Tyto kódy byly následn seskupeny do airaích kategorií podle spole ného obsahu. V závru byly jednotlivé kategorie uspoYádány do tematických celko, které odpovídaly stanoveným výzkumným otázkám. This bachelor thesis focuses on the support of sexuality, intimacy, and relationship skills in clients on the autism spectrum within the context of social rehabilitation services. The theoretical part presents sexuality as a natural part of life for individuals on the autism spectrum. It also outlines the framework of support in the area of relationships and intimacy, including legal foundations and current methodological approaches in social services. The aim of the practical part was to understand how social rehabilitation workers perceive and address sexuality-related issues of their clients through qualitative research. The research was conducted using semi-structured interviews with six workers from a single organization. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. First, specific codes were identified in the respondents9 statements that captured key meaning units. These codes were then grouped into broader categories based on shared content. Finally, the categories were organized into thematic clusters corresponding to the research questions. The results show that staff encounter the topic of sexuality in various forms 3 from spontaneous client interest, through challenging situations involving boundary-crossing, to ethical dilemmas.
