Výchova dítěte s Aspergerovým syndromem a její vliv na život ostatních členů rodiny

Abstract

Narození dítěte s postižením změní dosavadní život celé rodiny v mnoha oblastech. Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výchovy dětí s Aspergerovým syndromem a na to, jak jejich diagnóza ovlivňuje život rodiny, sourozenců těchto dětí a partnerský vztah rodičů. V teoretické části je zpracována charakteristika Aspergerova syndromu, jeho specifika v emoční a sociální oblasti, v komunikaci, výchově a vzdělávání dětí s tímto postižením. Jsou zde také představeny diagnostické metody, možnosti nácviku dovedností, spolupráce s poradenskými institucemi a využití kompenzačních pomůcek. Práce také popisuje proces vyrovnávání se jednotlivých členů rodiny s danou diagnózou, od prvních reakcí na ni, přes změny v jejich každodenním životě, až po vyrovnávání se s tímto faktem a efektivní začleňování těchto dětí do kolektivu ve společnosti. Součástí práce jsou kazuistiky ilustrující individuální přístupy k výchově a vzdělávání. Výzkum i teoretické poznatky odhalují výzvy, jimž rodiny musí čelit, zdůrazňuje význam institucionální podpory, a také odhaluje možnosti práce s těmito dětmi. The birth of a child with a disability changes the life of the whole family in many ways. This thesis focuses on the issue of raising children with Asperger's syndrome and how their diagnosis affects the lives of the family, siblings of these children and the relationship of their parents. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of Asperger's syndrome, its specifics in the emotional and social sphere, in communication, their upbringing and education of children with such disability. It also presents diagnostic methods, possibilities of skills training, cooperation with counselling institutions and the use of compensatory aids. The thesis also describes the process of coping of individual family members with the diagnosis, from the first reactions to it, through changes in their everyday life, to coping with this fact and effective integration of these children into the society. The work includes case studies illustrating individual approaches to upbringing and education. The research and theoretical finding reveal the challenges that families face, highlighting the importance of institutional support, as well as revealing the possibilities of working with these children.
