Možnosti využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace u dětí s kombinovaným postižením

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of using alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) for children with combined disabilities. The main aim is to analyse and describe the possibilities of using AAC in children with combined disabilities. It consists of theoretical, methodological and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the issues of combined disability and alternative and augmentative communication. The methodological part describes the course of the qualitative research investigation and introduces the informants - professionals who work with children with combined disabilities and who use AAC systems in their practice. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and were analysed by thematic analysis. The practical part presents the results of the research investigation. The results show that informants use a wide range of AAK methods. They use non-technical methods, methods with technical and non-technical aids. The most frequently mentioned systems are Key word signing, Picture Exchange Communication System and Photography. Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace (AAK) u dětí s kombinovaným postižením. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat a popsat možnosti využití AAK u dětí s kombinovaným postižením. Skládá se z části teoretické, metodologické a části praktické. V teoretické části je vymezena problematika kombinovaného postižení a alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. Metodologická část popisuje průběh kvalitativního výzkumného šetření a představuje informanty - odborníky, kteří pracují s dětmi s kombinovaným postižením, kteří ve své praxi využívají systémů AAK. Data byla získána polostrukturovanými rozhovory a byla analyzována tematickou analýzou. Praktická část představuje výsledky výzkumného šetření. Výsledky ukazují, že informanti využívají širokou škálu metod AAK. Využívají metody bezpomůckové, metody s pomůckami technickými i netechnickými. Nejčastěji zmiňovanými systémy jsou Znak do řeči, Výměnný obrázkový komunikační systém a fotografie. Odborníci se shodují v názoru, že při práci s dětmi s kombinovaným postižením je nutné využívání principu totální komunikace, tedy využívání všech dostupných možných forem AAK podle individuálních potřeb dítěte.
