Mezigenerační kulturní transmise u žáků základní školy se zaměřením na čtenářství

Abstract

(česky) Práce se věnuje mezigenerační transmisi kulturního kapitálu a konkrétně se zaměřuje na otázku, jakým způsobem dochází k transmisi kulturního kapitálu v rodinném prostředí a zda a jak tyto procesy ovlivňují formování kulturního vkusu již ve věku povinné školní docházky. Hypotézy byly ověřovány v populaci žáků a jejich rodičů z 16 škol v Moravskoslezském kraji (data z výzkumu SOU AV ČR). Výsledky mezi žáky z hlediska vkusu v oblasti knižních žánrů nepotvrzují přítomnost zcela jasné hierarchie, nicméně pokud jde o čtení digitálních textů na internetu a volnočasové aktivity dětí, kulturní hierarchie z hlediska vkusu je zřetelná. Ve věci mezigenerační transmise se jako nejdůležitější jeví společné aktivity rodičů s dětmi (tzv. Společný rozvoj). Vliv vzdělání rodičů jako takový je minimální a projevuje se pouze v případě kulturních znalostí.

(in English): The work is devoted to the intergenerational transmission of cultural capital and specifically focuses on the question of how cultural capital is transmitted in the family environment and whether and how these processes influence the formation of cultural taste already at the age of compulsory schooling. The hypotheses were verified in the population of pupils and their parents from 16 schools in the Moravian-Silesian Region (data from research by the SOU of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic). The results among pupils in terms of taste in the field of book genres do not confirm the presence of a clear hierarchy, however, when it comes to reading digital texts on the Internet and children's leisure activities, a cultural hierarchy in terms of taste is clear. In the matter of intergenerational transmission, joint activities of parents and children (so-called joint development) appear to be the most important. The influence of parents' education as such is minimal and manifests itself only in the case of cultural knowledge.
