Přehled vybraných edukačních materiálů dietního systému ČR, jejich zhodnocení a aktualizace

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá tématem léčebných diet, jmenovitě dietami č. 2, 4, 5, 9, a edukačními materiály, které tyto diety popisují. Edukační materiály jsou tvořeny zdravotnickými zařízeními a vycházejí z historické metodiky jejich tvorby, bez širšího zastřešení či kontroly. V rámci práce jsou nejprve prezentovány teoretické informace popisující historii a vývoj systému léčebných diet, i správnou formu tvorby edukačních materiálů. V praktické části autorka pracuje se souborem celkem 39 jednotlivých edukačních materiálů, vytvořených a užívaných zdravotnickými zařízeními v praxi, které podrobila průzkumu. Nejprve byl hodnocen samotný sběr těchto edukačních materiálů, dále byly materiály analyzovány s ohledem na grafickou a odborně obsahovou formu věci. Bylo shledáno, že daný soubor vykazuje nedostatky v obou oblastech, s důrazem na oblast odborně obsahovou, která byla často inkonzistentní, nejasná, zavádějící a bez doplňujících dat. A to jak v rámci jednotlivých materiálů, tak napříč materiály. Na základě tohoto faktu a s ohledem na získaná data z hodnocení, autorka navrhuje vlastní textaci edukačních materiálů pro dané diety doplněné o vlastní grafický návrh ve čtyřech různých odlišných podobách. This thesis deals with the topic of therapeutic diets, namely diets 2, 4, 5, 9, and educational materials describing these diets. Educational materials are created by health care institutions and are based on historical methodology of their creation, without wider coverage or control. The theoretical information describing the history and development of the system of therapeutic diets, as well as the proper form of creating educational materials, is first presented. In the practical part, the author works with a set of 39 individual educational materials, created and used by health care institutions in practice, which were subjected to a survey. First, the collection of these educational materials itself was evaluated, then the materials were analysed with regard to the graphic and professional content form of the matter. The collection was found to be deficient in both areas, with an emphasis on the area of professional content, which was often inconsistent, unclear, misleading and lacking in supplementary data. This was both within and across materials. Based on this, and considering the evaluation data, the author proposes custom formulation for the educational materials for the diets in question, supplemented by custom graphic design in four different distinct forms.
