Big5 a politická orientace v ČR: Teorie, korelace a příklady

Abstract

Práce se zabývá statistickým zkoumáním souvislostí Big5 osobnostních faktorů, politické orientace a makroobav (epidemie, imigrace, změna klimatu, rozdělená společnost). Vychází z dotazníkového šetření na českém reprezentativním vzorku. Výstupy se výrazně liší oproti souvislostem zjištěným mezinárodními meta-analýzami. Otevřenost vůči zkušenosti v rámci vzorku kladně koreluje s pravicovostí a svědomitost s pravicovostí nekoreluje statisticky významně. The thesis is a statistical investigation of the links between Big5 personality factors, political orientation and macro concerns (epidemics, immigration, climate change, divided society). It is based on a questionnaire survey of a representative Czech sample. The findings differ markedly from the associations found in international meta-analyses. Openness to experience within the sample is positively correlated with right-wingness and conscientiousness is not statistically significantly correlated with right-wingness. This may be due, among other things, to the specific connotations of left and right in the Czech environment.
