Coaching für Führungskräfte. Lexikalische Analyse eines Fachtextes

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje lexikální, lingvistické a stylistické analýze vybraného odborného textu, knihy Führen, Fördern, Coachen. So entwickeln Sie die Potenziale Ihrer Mitarbeiter (2007) od E. Haberleitner, E. Deistler a R. Ungvari. Cílem práce je objasnit, jak vypadá současný odborný text s populárně- pedagogickým záměrem. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy z oblasti lexikologie, lingvistiky a stylistiky. Praktickou část tvoří lexikální a lingvistická analýza, a to jak německé, tak české verze textu, které se zaměřují především na kvantifikaci typických lexikálních jevů a tematickou progresi vybraného úryvku. Následně je text charakterizován z pohledu stylistiky.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to lexical, linguistic and stylistic analysis of the specialised text book Führen, Fördern, Coachen. So entwickeln Sie die Potenziale Ihrer Mitarbeiter (2007) by E. Haberleitner, E. Deistler and R. Ungvari. Aim of the thesis is to clarify how a contemporary specialised text with a popular- pedagogical intention looks like. The thesis consists of two parts. In the theoretical part, concepts of lexicology, linguistics and stylistics are defined. The practical part includes a lexical and linguistic analyses of both the German and the Czech versions of the text, these focus mainly on the quantification of typical lexical phenomena and the thematic progression of the selected passage. Subsequently, the text is characterized from a stylistic perspective.
