Emancipace učitelstva mezi lety 1869-1914 na příkladu politického okresu Pelhřimov

Abstract

(česky) Předkládaná diplomová práce si klade za cíl postihnout zásadní proměny v životě učitelstva v době od zavedení liberálních školských zákonů na konci 60. let 19. století po začátek první světové války. Prostor sledovaného fenoménu emancipace učitelského stavu byl omezen hranicemi politického okresu Pelhřimov. První část práce se snaží zmapovat nové školské normy uváděné v život v průběhu druhé poloviny 19. století a změny, které do školství, jeho správy a života učitelů přinesly. Dále je zde zmapován vývoj školství a školské sítě na Pelhřimovsku od tereziánských reforem do počátku 20. století. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsány hlavní aspekty emancipace učitelstva - tedy socio-ekonomické proměny, proměny postavení a role učitele ve společnosti a politizace a radikalizace učitelstva na konci "dlouhého" 19. století. V práci byly využity především prameny úřední povahy, prezidiální spisy z fondu Okresního úřadu Pelhřimov a Okresního úřadu Kamenice nad Lipou, dále dokumenty z fondu Okresního školního výboru v Pelhřimově, ale také školní kroniky, dobový tisk a ego-dokumenty, vnášející do celého tématu lidský rozměr.

(in English): The aim of the present thesis is to describe the fundamental changes in the life of teachers from the introduction of liberal education laws in the late 1860s to the beginning of the First World War. The space of the studied phenomenon of the emancipation of the teaching state was limited by the borders of the political district of Pelhřimov. The first part of the thesis seeks to map the new school norms introduced during the second half of the 19th century and the changes they brought to the education system, its administration and the lives of teachers. Furthermore, the development of education and the school network in the Pelhřimov district from the Theresian reforms to the beginning of the 20th century is mapped. The following chapters describe the main aspects of the emancipation of the teaching profession - i.e. socio-economic changes, changes in the position and role of the teacher in society, and the politicisation and radicalisation of the teaching profession at the end of the 'long' 19th century. The thesis uses mainly official sources, presidial files from the funds of the District Office in Pelhřimov and the District Office in Kamenice nad Lipou, as well as documents from the funds of the District School Committee in Pelhřimov, but also school chronicles, contemporary...
