dc.description.abstract	Tato teoreticko-empirická diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvrdé a měkké tlumočnické dovednosti a vlohy a jejich testování na vysokých školách během přijímacích řízení na tlumočnické magisterské obory. V teoretické části práce je popsán a vysvětlen rozdíl mezi tvrdými a měkkými tlumočnickými dovednostmi, a také je zmapován jejich dosavadní výzkum a způsob testování. Empirická část se dále orientuje na měkké tlumočnické dovednosti. Výzkum je pojatý formou případové studie a soustředí se na univerzity, které jsou v letošním akademickém roce 2023/2024 součástí vzdělávacího programu v rámci EMCI Konsorcia. Pomocí dotazníku s otevřenými odpověďmi byli oslovováni koordinátoři tlumočnických studijních programů na EMCI univerzitách s cílem zmapovat podobu tamního přijímacího řízení a jeho hodnotící kritéria. Analýza se dále zaměřuje na případné proměny způsobené pandemií COVIDu-19, na způsob testování měkkých tlumočnických dovedností a na procentuální úspěšnost studentů jejich programů. Výsledná zjištění ukázala, že univerzity při svých přijímacích řízeních k měkkým tlumočnickém dovednostem přihlížejí, nemají však pevně daná kritéria, podle kterých by je hodnotily. dc.description.abstract	This theoretical-empirical master thesis focuses on hard and soft skills and aptitudes in interpreting and their testing during university entrance exams to master programmes in interpreting. The theoretical part of this thesis describes and explains the difference between hard and soft skills in interpreting, and also maps out their existing research and testing methods. The empirical part of this thesis focuses on soft interpreting skills. The research is conducted in the form of a case study and focuses on universities that are part of the EMCI Consortium's training programme in this academic year 2023/2024. Using an open-ended questionnaire, it reached out to coordinators of interpreting master programmes at EMCI universities to map the design of the entrance exams process and their assessment criteria. The analysis also focuses on possible changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, on the way soft interpreting skills are tested, and the percentage of students in their programmes who pass them. The findings showed that universities take soft interpreting skills into account in their entrance exams, but do not have fixed criteria by which to assess them.
