Překlad faux amis z francouzštiny do češtiny - korpusová analýza

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzkum vlivu existence fenoménu faux amis na výslednou podobu překladu ve směru z francouzštiny do češtiny. Soustředí se na analýzu těchto tzv. falešných přátel z hlediska sémantických vztahů vycházejících z rozdílů a podobností mezi významy potenciálních překladových ekvivalentů. Jejím hlavním cílem je ověřit, zda má existence těchto mezijazykových dvojic slov negativní dopad na znění překladu. Využívá k tomu data z paralelního jazykového korpusu InterCorp.

The emphasis is on analyzing these false friends through the examination of semantic relations, considering the distinctions and resemblances in the meanings of potential translation equivalents. The primary objective of the thesis is to ascertain whether the presence of these interlingual word pairs adversely affects the tone of the translation.
