dc.description.abstractThe paper is concerned with the determination of hierarchical linkage of dominant migration flows among 76 districts in the Czech Socialist Republic (ČSR) in the years 1961-1980 (in 4 five-year periods) by means of a transformed method of dominating flows (originally by J. D. Nystuen and M. F. Dacey) from the domain of theory of graphs. In the paper is included a discussion of the selected national and foreign literature in the intention of outlining the development of the basic directions In the research of the migration of the populationcs
