Abstract

Development of new technologies for modelling of natural reality will affect also the traditional way of creation of real estates survey data file that will use three dimensional representation for expressing of ownership and other cadastral information in the future. Data sources and their handling for creation of 3D model. The topologic 3D model representation derived from the structure of the system of developed modelling in 3D units. Possibilities of 3D real estates model application in the cadastre of real estates in the Czech Republic. The principles of transfer to maintenance of objects in 3D units as combined model summarized in the conclusion. Necessity of new legislative rules and rising of technical skills of surveyors in comparison with other domains for implementation of the 3D cadastre

Rozvoj nových technologií při modelování přírodní reality ovlivní i tradiční způsob tvorby souboru geodetických informací katastru nemovitostí, který bude v budoucnu využívat trojrozměrné zobrazení pro vyjádření vlastnických a jiných vztahů obsahující katastr. Datové zdroje a práce s nimi při vytvoření 3D modelu. Geometrická reprezentace 3D modelu vycházející ze struktury systému rozvinutého modelování ve 3D jednotkách. Možnosti aplikace 3D modelu objektů nemovitostí v katastru nemovitostí ČR. Závěrem shrnutí principů přechodu na vedení objektů ve 3D jednotkách formou kombinovaného modelu.
