Females who are granted asylum in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The paper presents the trend and composition ofthe female asylum seekers between the time period of 1990 and the beginning of August of200 1. The distribution ofthe females who were granted asylum in the Czech Republic are calculated on the basis of country of origin and on age basis as well. The Czech Asylum Act 325/1999, provides the Integration Programme in the sphere ofhousing and the Czech language course. But so far no evaluation is done.
