Empatie učitele a žáků

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je dovednost empatie učitele, žáků a její vztah k efektivitě učení. V teoretické části je vymezený pojem empatie a problematika definice tohoto pojmu. Autorka se dále věnovala tématu rozvoje empatie a jejímu vztahu k bezpečnému třídnímu klimatu. V diplomové práci jsou dále popsány faktory, které ovlivňují úroveň empatie u jedince. Práce vysvětluje roli empatie v komunikaci učitele a žáka a komunikační bloky, které projevování empatie brání. Dále je popsán vliv empatie na efektivitu vzdělávání v oblastech, ve kterých emoce žáků hrají klíčovou roli. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedené také možnosti rozvíjení učitelovy dovednosti empatie a praktiky, kterými je možné rozvíjet empatii žáků v prostředí třídy na 1. stupni. V praktické části diplomové práce je cílem zjistit, jaké představy mají budoucí učitelé o empatii. Výzkum si klade za cíl zjistit, jak studenti učitelství definují empatii, zda si myslí, že mohou svou úroveň empatie rozvíjet, zda je možné rozvíjet úroveň empatie žáků ve třídě a jak. Druhým cílem praktické části je sestavení výukové lekce a její realizace. Lekce přinese výzkumníkům hlubší porozumění o tom, jak studenti učitelství nad tématem empatie přemýšlejí. The subject of this thesis is the teacher's and the pupils' skill of empathy and its connection to the effectiveness of the learning process. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author defines empathy and states the issue of its definition. The author also focuses on the topic of development of empathy and how it is connected to the safe classroom environment. Also, the factors that influence the level of empathy within a person are explained. The thesis describes the role of empathy in the communication of a teacher and the pupils and how communication blocks obstruct expressions of empathy. The influence of empathy in the educational process is described on areas where emotions of the pupils play a key role. The thesis describes the possibilities of the teacher's development of empathy as well as practices that allow this development with the students of first five grades in elementary school. The aim of the empirical part is to find out how the future teachers view empathy. The research is aimed at finding out how students of education define empathy, whether they think it can be cultivated, whether teachers can influence the level of empathy of their students and if so, how.
