Abstract

Cholesterol a lipoproteiny, jejich metabolismus a vliv na zdraví člověka Práce je zaměřená na cholesterol, lipoproteiny a jejich metabolismus. Podrobně se věnuje jejich charakteristice, významu, funkcím v organismu a vlivu na zdraví člověka. První kapitola shrnuje informace o cholesterolu. Od chemických vlastností a struktury, přes jeho zpracování v těle až po jeho vlastnosti, význam a funkce v lidském těle. Rozebrány jsou i možnosti, jak hladinu cholesterolu ovlivnit. Druhá kapitola uvádí lipoproteiny, jako částice pro náš organismus nezbytně důležité. Zahrnuje jejich charakteristiku, klasifikaci, význam a funkci v těle. Třetí kapitola přináší informace o dyslipidémiích. Zaměřuje se na klasifikaci, význam a léčbu. Následující kapitola se zabývá aterosklerózou, jejími příčinami, důsledky a riziky. A poslední, kapitola přináší stručný přehled metod laboratorního stanovení hladiny cholesterolu, lipidů, lipoproteinů a rizika aterosklerózy. Detail is devoted to their charakteristics, significance, function in the body and the effects on human health. The first chapter summarizes informations about cholesterol chemical properties and structure, through its processing to the characteristic, importance and function in the human body. There are analyzed opportunities to affect cholesterol levels. The second chapter presents lipoproteins as particles for our body essential. It includes their characteristic, classification, meaning and function in the body. The third chapter provides information about dyslipidemia. It focuses on the classification, significance and treatment. The following chapter deals with atherosclerosis, its causes, consequences and risks.
