Specifika práce s cizinci žijícími v České republice, kteří jsou ohroženi domácím násilím

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma "Specifika práce s cizinci ohroženými domácím násilím- způsoby pomoci cizincům ohroženým domácím násilím, kteří využívají služeb komunitního centra InBáze Berkat" se ve své teoretické části zabývá zejména objasněním pojmu domácí násilí a základními informacemi o této problematice. Dále předkládá možnosti pomoci ohroženým osobám v ČR, představuje legislativní rámec pobytu cizinců v ČR a představuje specifika práce s cizinci ohroženými domácím násilím v ČR. Empirickou část této bakalářské práce tvoří stručné představení komunitního centra InBáze Berkat, o.s. a jeho programů pro cizince. Následuje představení pozice kulturních mediátorů z řad čtyř nejvíce zastoupených komunit cizinců na území ČR a čtyři články o tom, jak se k problematice domácího násilí staví ve výchozích kulturách těchto mediátorů. Dále tato část obsahuje představení projektu multikulturních ženských skupin a rozhovor se známou terapeutkou Věrou Roubalovou- Kostlánovou, která se dlouhodobě věnuje terapeutické práci s cizinci a jejich rodinami, mimo jiné i v kontextu domácího násilí. Praktická část obsahuje tři případové studie klientek centra InBáze Berkat, se kterými jsem se při své praxi setkala a jejichž problémy jsem pomáhala řešit.

The bachelor work entitled "The specifics of working with foreigners at risk of domestic violence, ways of helping foreigners at risk domestic violence, who use the services of a community center InBaze Berkat" has in its theoretical part mainly explanation of the concept of domestic violence and basic information on this issue. Then it presents options for further assistance to vulnerable persons in the Czech Republic, outline legislative of residence of foreigners and a specific work with foreigners at risk of domestic violence in the Czech Republic. Empirical part of this work consists of a brief presentation of the community center InBaze Berkat and its programs for foreigners. Then follows the overview of cultural mediators from the four most represented communities of foreigners in the CR and four articles about specifics of how corresponding culture of these mediators deals with the issue of domestic violence. This section also includes a presentation of the project of multicultural women's groups and interviews with well-known therapist Vera Roubalova-Kostlánova, which has long focused therapeutic work with foreigners and their families, among others in the context of domestic violence.
