Dechová cvičení v logopedické praxi se zaměřením na otevřenou a zavřenou huhňavost

Abstract

Tématem rigorózní práce jsou "Dechová cvičení v logopedické praxi se zaměřením na otevřenou huhňavost a zavřenou huhňavost". V teoretické části rigorózní práce je vymezena anatomie a embryologie dýchacího ústrojí, fyziologie a patologie dýchání. Následuje vliv dýchání na držení těla, vymezení otevřené huhňavosti, palatolalie a charakteristika dýchání u otevřené huhňavosti. Dále teoretická část zahrnuje popis zavřené huhňavosti a její nejčastější příčinu, zvětšenou nosní mandli. Dále je rozebrána problematika odstranění zvětšené nosní mandle, adenotomie. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována dechovým cvičení z hlediska jejich funkce. Praktická část rigorózní práce je zaměřena na aplikaci dechových cvičení u třech probandů s otevřenou huhňavostí zařazených do speciální mateřské školy a deseti probandů se zavřenou huhňavostí, u nichž byla aplikována dechová cvičení v rámci terapie na ambulantním logopedickém pracovišti. Obsahem praktické části je i sestavení dotazníku týkající se informovanosti rodičů po provedené adenotomii u dítěte, následné vyhodnocení dat a sestavení informativního letáku, který by rodičům osvětlil problematiku adenotomie a následné péče. Výsledky práce mohou pomoci rozšířit spektrum dechových cvičení užívaných v logopedické praxi a zároveň hravou formou zvýšit motivaci dítěte. Taktéž...

The theme of my elaboration dissertation are breathing exercises in the logopaedical practice, with the concentration on rhinolalia aperta and rhinolalia clausa. In the theoretical part, the anatomy and embryology of the respiratory tract, as well as the physiology and pathology of respiration are defined. The influence of breathing on the body posture, definition of rhinolalia aperta and palatolalia follow. In conclusion, breathing at rhinolalia aperta. Further the elaboration dissertation describes rhinolalia clausa and the most common cause vegetationes adenoideae. In the next part is discussed the problematic of adenotomia. The last part of the theoretical part is dedicated to breathing exercises according to their function. The practical part is focused on the application of the breathing exercises on three tested children placed in a special nursery and ten children with rhinolalia clausa, who undergone breathing exercises within the therapy in logopaedical workplace. The practical part also contents a questionnaire about the parents' knowledge what to do after adenotomia, results evaluation and forming of a educative leaflet, which could explain to parents adenotomia and following treatment.
