Overview of the use and effect of modern methods in rehabilitation of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction: a meta-analysis Jan Šíma Thesis Supervisor: MUDr. Vojtěch Rybka ABSTRACT This bachelor's thesis focuses on a meta-analysis of current rehabilitation methods used in the treatment of patients following a total rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the knee. Given the increasing incidence of such injuries-whether due to sedentary lifestyles or the heightened physical demands of professional sports-the role of physiotherapy is becoming increasingly important, not only in treatment but also in the prevention of recurrence. The aim of this thesis is to compare the effectiveness of three modern rehabilitation approaches-blood flow restriction (BFR) training, neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), and the use of virtual reality (VR)-based on a systematic analysis of recent scientific studies and expert literature. Emphasis is placed on their benefits and influence on the course and efficiency of the rehabilitation process. The research is based on data collected from reputable databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Medline. Přehled využití a efektu moderních metod v rehabilitaci pacientů po plastice předního zkříženého vazu: metaanalýza Jan Šíma Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Vojtěch Rybka ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na metaanalýzu současných rehabilitačních metod využívaných při léčbě pacientů po totální ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu kolene (ACL). Vzhledem k rostoucímu počtu těchto poranění, ať už v důsledku sedavého životního stylu nebo zvýšených fyzických nároku v profesionálním sportu, nabývá role fyzioterapie na významu nejen v rámci léčby, ale i prevence recidiv. Cílem práce je porovnat efektivitu tří moderních rehabilitačních přístupů - okluze končetiny při cvičení (BFR - Blood Flow Restriction), neuromuskulární elektrostimulace (NMES) a využití virtuální reality (VR) - na základě systematické analýzy aktuálních vědeckých studií a odborné literatury. Důraz je kladen na jejich přínos a vliv na průběh a efektivitu rehabilitačního procesu. Výzkum vychází z dat získaných prostřednictvím renomovaných databází, jako jsou PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science a Medline. Zahrnuty byly pouze studie publikované od roku 2016, aby byla zajištěna jejich aktuálnost a relevance k současné fyzioterapeutické praxi.
