Neplodnost a její vliv na psychiku neplodného páru

Abstract

Neplodnost je problém, který ovlivňuje nejen fyzické zdraví, ale i psychiku partnerů. Může mít dopad na jednotlivce, partnerský vztah i jejich okolí. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na psychologické aspekty neplodnosti a rozdíly ve vnímání této situace mezi ženami a muži. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii reprodukčních orgánů, charakteristice neplodnosti, jejím příčinám, diagnostice a možnostem léčby. Dále je rozebrán psychologický dopad neplodnosti na jednotlivce i partnerský vztah a emocionální reakce na neplodnost. Také je v práci popsán dopad neplodnosti na pracovní život, sociální život a s tím spojené stigma a izolace partnerů. V závěru teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána psychoterapie a podpora pro neplodné páry. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření, do kterého se zapojily páry podstupující léčbu neplodnosti. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak neplodnost ovlivňuje psychiku neplodného páru a zda existují rozdíly ve vnímání této situace mezi ženou a mužem. Sběr dat probíhal v období od 1. září 2024 do 1. ledna 2025 na Klinice gynekologie, porodnictví a neonatologie 1. lékařské fakulty Univerzity Karlovy a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze a prostřednictvím sociálních sítí....

Infertility is an issue that affects not only physical health but also the psychological well- being of partners. It can impact individuals, their relationships, and their surroundings. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the psychological aspects of infertility and the difference in how women and men perceive this situation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the reproductive organs, the characteristics of infertility, its causes, diagnostics, and treatment options. It also analyzes the psychological impact of infertility on individuals and relationships, as well as the emotional responses to infertility. Furthermore, the thesis describes the impact of infertility on professional and social life, including the associated stigma and isolation experienced by couples. The theoretical part ends with a description of psychotherapy and the support available for couples dealing with infertility.
