Program selektivní prevence

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on selective prevention programs aimed at bullying and violence among children and adolescents in school settings. The aim of the thesis is to identify good and problematic practices in these programs from the perspective of their facilitators. The theoretical part addresses the structure of preventive measures, the significance of class dynamics and school climate, and the role of teachers in preventing risky behavior. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through a focus group involving four prevention program facilitators who shared their practical experiences. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings highlight key factors influencing the effectiveness of prevention programs and offer suggestions for their further development and practical implementation in schools.

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje programům selektivní prevence zaměřeným na šikanu a násilí u dětí a dospívajících ve školním prostředí. Cílem práce je identifikovat dobré a problematické příklady praxe těchto programů z pohledu jejich lektorů. V teoretické části je rozpracována struktura preventivních opatření, význam třídního kolektivu a školního klimatu a role pedagoga v prevenci rizikového chování. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, konkrétně focus group s lektory, kteří sdíleli své zkušenosti z realizace preventivních programů. Data byla analyzována tematickou analýzou. Výsledky práce poukazují na klíčové faktory ovlivňující efektivitu preventivních programů a mohou přispět k jejich dalšímu rozvoji a efektivnímu využití ve školní praxi.
