Author: Klára Ningerová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with Parkinson's disease Objectives: The aim of the general part of the bachelor's thesis is to provide an overview of the basic information about Parkinson's disease, particularly in the areas of pathophysiology, treatment, and the role of physiotherapy. The aim of the special part is to present a case report of a patient suffering from this disease, describe the therapeutic methods used, and evaluate the effect of physiotherapeutic interventions on the specific patient. Methods: This bachelor's thesis contains of two parts. The general part provides a theoretical overview of the Parkinson's disease, focusing on the pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, treatment options including physiotherapy, and other key aspects essential for understanding this diagnosis. The special part contains a case report of a patient with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, which was developed during a clinical practice at the Rehabilitační nemocnice Beroun. Results: The objectives of both general and special part have been achieved. Autor: Klára Ningerová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou morbus Parkinson Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce v obecné části je poskytnout přehled základních informací o onemocnění morbus Parkinson, zejména v oblasti její patofyziologie, léčby a role fyzioterapie. Cílem speciální části je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta trpícího tímto onemocněním, popsání využitých terapeutických metod a zhodnocení efektu fyzioterapeutických intervencí na konkrétního pacienta. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce má dvě části. Obecná část poskytuje teoretický přehled o Parkinsonově nemoci, zaměřený na její patofyziologii, klinické projevy, možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapie a další klíčové aspekty nezbytné pro pochopení této diagnózy. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou morbus Parkinson, která byla zpracována v rámci odborné praxe v Rehabilitační nemocnici Beroun. Výsledky: Cíle jak obecné, tak i praktické části byly dosaženy. Na základě hodnocení efektu terapie lze konstatovat, že fyzioterapeutické intervence popsané ve speciální části alespoň částečně pozitivně ovlivnily celkový stav pacienta a zlepšily některé jeho hlavní obtíže.
