Author: Matěj Němec Supervisor: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Title: Case report of orthotic-prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of transfemoral amputation Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to first present the theoretical outcomes in the field of anatomy, amputations and prosthetics of the lower limbs and then to develop a case study focused on orthotic-prosthetic care of a patient diagnosed with transfemoral amputation, culminating in the provision of a femoral prosthesis. Methods: The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the reader to the theoretical knowledge mainly in the field of anatomy, amputations and prosthetics of the lower limbs. The practical part is then presented as a case report of a patient diagnosed with transfemoral amputation. It outlines the entire process of prosthetic fitting, beginning with the patient's medical history, followed by the initial examination and measurement collection, continuing through the creation of the test socket and concluding with the fabrication of the final socket and delivery of the prosthesis to the patient. Autor: Matěj Němec Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Název: Kazuistika ortoticko-protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou transfemorální amputace Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je nejprve uvést teoretická východiska práce v oblasti anatomie, amputací a protetiky dolních končetin a zároveň zpracovat kazuistiku ortoticko-protetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou transfemorální amputace, a tak odbavit pacienta stehenní protézou. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na dvě časti: na teoretickou a praktickou část. Hlavním úkolem teoretické části je seznámit čtenáře s teoretickými poznatky především z oblasti anatomie, amputací a protetiky dolních končetin. Praktická část je poté zpracována ve formě kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou transfemorální amputace, ve které je popsaný celý proces odbavení pacienta protetickou pomůckou od anamnézy pacienta, přes vstupní vyšetření a odběr měrných podkladů, výrobu zkušebního lůžka až po výrobu definitivního lůžka a předání vyhotovené protézy pacientovi. Výsledky: Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci plnění odborných praxí ve specializovaném zdravotnickém zařízení Ortotechnika a. s. v Praze v období od února do dubna roku 2025.
