Petra Reckziegelová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care for a Patient Diagnosed with Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge related to the topic of total knee arthroplasty. In the practical part, the thesis then documents, in the form of a case study, the course and results of physiotherapeutic intervention in a patient after TKA implantation. Methods: The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to a review of scientific literature aiming to clarify the structure and function of the knee from the perspective of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics. It further discusses osteoarthritis, its treatment options, types of TKA, and the indications and contraindications for its implantation. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on the possibilities of subsequent rehabilitation after this procedure. The practical part contains the initial and final kinesiological assessment of the patient, the setting of therapy goals, and a detailed description of the individual therapeutic sessions. Petra Reckziegelová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kolenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním záměrem této bakalářské práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky vztahující se k problematice totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Ve speciální části pak práce formou kazuistiky dokumentuje průběh a výsledky fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacienta po implantaci TEP kolene. Metody: Práce se skládá z části teoretické a speciální. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši odborných publikací s cílem objasnit stavbu a funkci kolene z hlediska anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky. Dále se zabývá osteoartrózou, jejími léčebnými možnostmi, typy TEP kolene a indikacemi a kontraindikacemi její implantace. Závěr teoretické části se soustředí na možnosti následné rehabilitace po tomto zákroku. Speciální část obsahuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologické zhodnocení pacienta, stanovení cílů terapie a detailní popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Data pro tuto část byla získána během odborné souvislé praxe v Rehabilitační nemocnici Beroun na oddělení následné lůžkové péče.
