Svatava Neuwirthová Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after knee hemiarthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to compile a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after knee hemiarthroplasty and to summarize the theoretical background related to this issue. Methods: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on professional sources and focuses on the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, gonarthrosis, knee hemiarthroplasty, and physiotherapeutic procedures following this type of surgery. The practical part takes the form of a case study of a patient after knee hemiarthroplasty and includes anamnesis, initial and final kinesiological examination, formulation of a therapeutic plan, individual therapy sessions, and following evaluation of their effectiveness. The case study was performed during continuous clinical practice at Poliklinika Prosek. Results: The patient's condition improved after completing the therapies. The most significant changes were observed in the increased range of motion in knee flexion, increased muscle strength, reduction of swelling in the operated lower limb and improvement in walking pattern. Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po hemiartroplastice kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po hemiartroplastice kolenního kloubu a zároveň shrnutí teoretických východisek souvisejících s touto problematikou. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a speciální část. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborných zdrojů a zaměřuje se na anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu, gonartrózu, hemiartroplastiku a fyzioterapeutické postupy po tomto zákroku. Speciální část má formu kazuistiky pacientky po hemiartroplastice kolenního kloubu a zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, sestavení terapeutického plánu, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky a následné zhodnocení jejich efektu. Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci souvislé odborné praxe na Poliklinice Prosek. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo po absolvování terapií ke zlepšení stavu. Nejvýraznějších změn bylo dosaženo ve zvýšení rozsahu pohybu do flexe v kolenním kloubu, zvýšení svalové síly, redukci otoku na operované DK a také zlepšení stereotypu chůze.
