Eliška Kratinová Supervisor: PhDr. Lenka Žáková, Ph.D. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient after Tibial Fracture Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to offer a case report of a post-operative patient after tibial fracture, to characterize this disease and to describe current treatment and diagnostic options. Methods: The theoretical part is based on the professional literature listed in the list of used literature and information sources. It contains current knowledge about tibial fracture treated with osteosintesis, etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, therapy options and subsequent rehabilitation. The practical part is based on information gained during continuous clinical practice at LRS Chvaly, from 6th January 2023 to 31st January 2023. The patient case report consists of anamnesis, initial examination, proposal of a short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, the therapy course, final examination and evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: The result of the therapy is an overall improvement in the patient's condition in terms of the state of soft tissues, joint play, and range of motion. Eliška Kratinová Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Lenka Žáková, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po osteosyntéze tibie Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou Fraktura proximální části tibie a blíže představit toto onemocnění, jeho diagnostiku a současné možnosti terapie. Metody: Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury uvedené seznamu použité literatury a informačních zdrojů. Obsahuje aktuální poznatky o frakturách tibie, jejich etiologii, klinickém projevu, diagnostice, možnostech terapie a následné rehabilitace. Speciální část je vypracována na základě podkladů získaných při souvislé klinické praxi v LRS Chvaly mezi 6.1.2025 do 31.1.2025. Kazuistika pacienta sestává z anamnézy, vstupního vyšetření, návrhu krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, záznamu průběhu terapie, výstupního vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Výsledkem terapie je celkové zlepšení stavu pacienta ve smyslu stavu měkkých tkání, joint play, a rozsahu pohybu. S efektem byly ovlivněny pocity bolestivosti, pnutí a svědění. Závěr: Včasným zahájením fyzioterapeutické péče došlo výraznému celkovému zlepšení pacienta. Pokračování v rehabilitaci je předpokladem pro zmírnění následků tohoto strukturálního postižení.
