Milan Martínek, Ph.D. Title: Case Report of Physiotherapeutic Care after Shoulder Joint Dislocation Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to present a case report of physiotherapeutic care after shoulder joint dislocation. The secondary aim was to formulate the theoretical background of the problem and to describe the subsequent physiotherapy intervention using modern evidence- based sources. Methods: The thesis consists of two main parts. The first is the theoretical part, which provides the theoretical basis of the diagnosis of shoulder joint dislocation. It includes specific anatomy of the glenohumeral joint, functional anatomy of the shoulder, shoulder kinesiology, and information on the most common shoulder traumas. This is followed by detailed characteristics of shoulder dislocation, its conservative and surgical treatment options, and physiotherapeutic interventions. A special section consists of a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after a shoulder dislocation, including anamnesis, initial kinesiological examination, description of the therapy sessions, final kinesiological analysis, and evaluation of the therapy outcomes. Milan Martínek, Ph.D. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče po stavu luxace glenohumerálního kloubu Cíle: Tato práce měla za úkol zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientovy po luxaci glenohumerálního kloubu. Druhým cílem bylo vytvoření teoretických základů k této problematice a popsání následné fyzioterapeutické intervence s moderní evidencí. Metody: Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První je teoretická část, která zpracovává teoretické zázemí pro diagnózu luxace glenohumerálního kloubu. Je tvořena specifickou anatomií glenohumerálního kloubu, funkční anatomií ramene, kineziologií ramene a popisem nejčastějších traumat v oblasti ramene. Na to navazuje charakteristika luxace ramenního kloubu, její konzervativní a operační léčba a možnosti fyzioterapeutických intervencí. Speciální část zpracovává kazuistiku pacienta po luxaci glenohumerálního kloubu, tvořenou anamnézou, vstupním kineziologickým rozborem, popisem průběhu jednotlivých terapií, výstupním kineziologickým rozborem a zhodnocením výsledků terapie. Kazuistika byla vypracována v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu o ambulantním pacientovi, který navštěvoval pracoviště mezi 6. až 31. lednem 2025.
