Pogranicze jako fenomen kulturowy (na przykładzie Śląska Cieszyńskiego)

Abstract

Adnotacja Tematem pracy licencjackiej będzie przedstawienie regionu Śląska Cieszyńskiego jako fenomenu kulturowego. Na wstępie zaprezentowane zostaną ogólne kwestie dotyczące pogranicza oraz kontekst historyczny omawianego obszaru. Przedmiotem szczególnego zainteresowania staną się wybrane zjawiska kultury ludowej (zwyczaje, obrzędy, i inne gatunki dziedzictwa duchowego, np. opowiadania, pieśni, przysłowia itp.) oraz gwara. Ich opis i analiza pomogą wyjaśnić proces dyfuzji krzyżujących się kultur oraz procesy ich adaptacji składające się na specyfikę regionu. The subject of this bachelor's thesis will be to present the Cieszyn Silesia region as a cultural phenomenon. The introduction will cover general issues related to borderland areas and the historical context of the region in question. Special focus will be placed on selected aspects of folk culture (customs, rituals, and other forms of intangible heritage, such as stories, songs, proverbs, etc.) as well as the regional dialect. Their description and analysis will help to explain the diffusion processes of intersecting cultures and their adaptation processes, which together contribute to the unique character of the region.
