Fikční světy názvů japonského cukroví

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv klasické japonské literatury období Heian na tradi ní japonské cukroví (wagaai), pYedevaím na jeho design a názvy, prostYednictvím teorie fik ních svto od Lubomíra Dole ela. Práce vyu ívá osmi historických katalogo (mihon ó) cukroví z období Edo a vizuální a textové podoby jejich celkem 1895 kuso cukroví k odhalení tzv. mezisvtových spojo mezi literárními fik ními svty jako to pYedmty kulturní pamti na jedné stran a cukrovím wagaai jako to artefakty hmotné kultury na stran druhé. V rámci výzkumu jsou analyzovány klí ové motivické kombinace v kontextu interpretace a adaptací klasických literárních dl pYedevaím v rámci tehdejaí konzumní materiální kultury, konkrétn vizuálního umní. Z výsledko vyplývá, e designy a názvy wagaai jsou obecn zna n inspirovány slovy, motivy a motivickými kombinacemi objevujícími se ve standardizovaném básnickém jazyce (uta kotoba). ZároveI také odrá ejí v kultuYe (a vizuálním umní) tradicí ustálené motivické zobrazení konkrétních fik ních svto a konkrétních scén klasických literárních dl, co jsem ovYila v analýze mezisvtových spojo s díly Gend i monogatari (PYíbh prince Gend iho) a Ise monogatari (PYíbhy z Ise). This thesis examines the influence of classical Japanese literature from the Heian period on traditional Japanese confectionery (wagashi), specifically its design and naming, through Lubomír Dole el's theory of fictional worlds. The study utilizes eight historical confectionery catalogs (mihonchM) from the Edo period, analyzing the visual and textual representations of a total of 1895 wagashi to reveal inter-world connections between literary fictional worlds as objects of cultural memory and wagashi as artifacts of material culture. The research focuses on key motif combinations within the context of the interpretation and adaptation of classical literary works, particularly in the consumer-oriented material culture of the time, and more specifically in the realm of visual arts. The findings demonstrate that the design and naming of wagashi are generally strongly inspired by words, motifs, and motif combinations found in the standardized poetic language (uta kotoba). Furthermore, wagashi reflects traditional cultural and visual representations of specific fictional worlds and scenes from classical literary works, as evidenced through the analysis of inter-world connections with The Tale of Genji (Genji monogatari) and The Tales of Ise (Ise monogatari).
