Intervence u neklidných a agresivních pacientů s toxickou psychózou

Abstract

Východiska: Diplomová práce se zabývá intervencí s pacientem s toxickou psychózou zaměřené zejména na hranice a bezpečí při práci. Výzkumné téma se soustřeďuje na problematiku zajištění krizové intervence v ústavní akutní psychiatrické péči s psychotickými stavy způsobené abúzem psychoaktivních látek z pohledu zdravotnického personálu. Cíl: Cílem diplomové práce v rámci teoretické části je popsat psychotické poruchy zaměřené na toxické psychózy způsobené kanabinoidy, metamfetaminy a alkoholem se základní charakteristikou těchto diagnóz a problematikou vstupujících klinických projevů v akutní fázi nemoci s následným zaměřením na zvládání neklidu a agresivního chování pacientů u psychotických poruch způsobených toxickými psychózami. Cílem kvalitativního výzkumu je zmapovat rizika a připravenost personálu v práci s neklidnými a agresivními pacienty na oddělení akutní psychiatrické péči, a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout možná další preventivní doporučení. Soubor: Diplomová práce obsahuje dvě části, část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Background: The diploma thesis deals with intervention with a patient with toxic psychosis, focusing especially on boundaries and safety at work. The research topic focuses on the issue of providing crisis intervention in institutional acute psychiatric care with psychotic states caused by the abuse of psychoactive substances from the point of view of the medical staff. Objective: The objective of the thesis in the theoretical part is to describe psychotic disorders focused on toxic psychoses caused by cannabinoids, methamphetamines and alcohol, with the basic characteristics of these diagnoses and the issue of clinical manifestations in the acute phase of the disease, with a subsequent focus on managing restlessness and aggressive behavior of patients in psychotic disorders caused by toxic psychoses. The goal of the qualitative research is to map the risks and preparedness of the staff at the workplace with restless and aggressive patients in the acute psychiatric care department, and to suggest possible further preventive recommendations based on the findings.
