Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá pozicí sociálního pedagoga a jejím cílem je zjistit, jaká je pozice sociálního pedagoga v týmu školního poradenského pracoviště. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou celkem tři hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole je popsána definice sociální pedagogiky, předmět, obsah a úkoly sociální pedagogiky a dále její transdisciplinárnost. Součástí první kapitoly je také popis metod sociální pedagogiky a stručný popis historie sociální pedagogiky na našem území. Druhá kapitola se zabývá profesí sociálního pedagoga z hlediska jeho profesních úkolů, jeho role, požadovaného vzdělání. Jsou zde popsány potřebné kompetence a dovednosti pro výkon této profese. Dále je zde popsána náplň práce a jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní činnosti, které sociální pedagog vykonává. Je zde také popsána aktuální situace ohledně právní úpravy a financování této pozice. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je popsáno školní poradenské pracoviště. Nalezneme zde i popis jeho členů a činností, které vykonávají. Je zde popsána pozice výchovného poradce, metodika prevence, speciálního pedagoga a školního psychologa. Praktická část diplomové práce je realizována kvantitativním výzkumem. The diploma thesis deals with the social pedagogue and his/her position in the school counselling team. The aim is to find out what is the position of the social pedagogue in the school counselling team in a primary school. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. There are three main chapters in the theoretical part. The first chapter describes the definition of social pedagogy, the subject, content and tasks of social pedagogy and also its transdisciplinary nature. The first chapter also includes a description of the methods of social pedagogy and a brief description of the history of social pedagogy in Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with the profession of social pedagogue in terms of its professional tasks, its role, the required education. The necessary competences and skills for the profession are described. Furthermore, the job description is described and the specific activities that a social pedagogue performs are listed. It also describes the current situation regarding the legal regulation and funding of the position. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the school counselling service.
