Příběh Králodvorské cementárny v období tzv. normalizace a transformace

Abstract

In my diploma thesis, I focus on the working of the Kraluv Dvur cement plant in the period of the so-called normalization and the so-called transformation. Using written sources and the oral history method, I examine the issue of working, the everyday life of employees, free time, and the effects of cement production on the environment. After 1990, topics such as environmental activism, layoffs and the end of cement production are added.

Pomocí písemnych prámenu á metody orální historie zkoumám problemátiku provozu, kázdodennost zámestnáncu, volny cás, á dopády vyroby cementu ná zivotní prostredí. Po roce 1990 se pridávájí temátá jáko ekologicky áktivismus, propoustení á ukoncení vyroby cementu.
