Spolupráce rodičů a speciálně pedagogického centra pro poruchy autistického spektra

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the cooperation between parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and the special pedagogical centre (SPC), which supports these families. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the dynamics of this cooperation, to describe the experiences of parents and special educators working at the SPC and to identify factors that influence cooperation and communication between parents and the SPC. Additionally, the thesis explores special educators perspectives on their professional role in supporting families of children with ASD and the benefits that collaboration brings. The thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of ASD, the definition of SPC activities with emphasis on SPC services for individuals with ASD, the legislative framework and the principles of mutual cooperation between SPC and parents. The empirical part is devoted to the interpretation and evaluation of qualitative research, for which the method of semi-structured interviews was chosen. Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací mezi rodiči dětí s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS) a speciálně pedagogickým centrem (SPC) poskytujícím podporu těmto rodinám. Cílem práce je charakterizovat dynamiku této spolupráce, popsat zkušenosti rodičů a speciálních pedagogů SPC a identifikovat faktory ovlivňující vzájemnou spolupráci a komunikaci mezi rodiči a SPC. Dále se práce zaměřuje na pohled speciálních pedagogů na jejich profesní roli při podpoře rodin dětí s PAS a na přínosy, které spolupráce přináší. Práce se skládá ze dvou stěžejních částí. Jedná se o část teoretickou, která se věnuje charakteristice PAS, definici činností SPC s důrazem na SPC pro osoby s PAS, legislativnímu rámci a zásadám vzájemné spolupráce mezi SPC a rodiči. Empirická část se věnuje interpretaci a vyhodnocení kvalitativního výzkumu, pro který byla zvolena metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Kvalitativního šetření se zúčastnilo pět rodičů dětí s PAS a pět speciálních pedagogů působících ve SPC. Výsledky výzkumného šetření prokázaly, že spolupráce mezi SPC a rodiči dětí s PAS je ovlivněna zejména kvalitou a kvantitou komunikace, důvěrou a dostupností služeb.
