Možnosti využití supervize v profesi speciálního pedagoga

Abstract

The thesis deals with the possibilities of using supervision in the profession of school special educator in the Czech Republic and selected European countries. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part provides an overview of the functioning of the school counselling centre, the problems of students with special educational needs and the profession of the school special educator. The thesis also discusses the risks, such as stress and burnout syndrome, that can accompany this demanding job. A key section introduces supervision itself, its meaning, participants, code of ethics, functions, types and forms, including supervision in education. The research section is based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the provision of supervision to school-based special educators. A total of 86 school special educators participated in the research. Through the analysis of information sources, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, we obtained the necessary information to answer the research problem. Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití supervize v profesi školního speciálního pedagoga v České republice a ve vybraných státech Evropy. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o fungování školního poradenského pracoviště, problematice žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a profesi školního speciálního pedagoga. Práce se také věnuje rizikům, jako je stres a syndrom vyhoření, které mohou tuto náročnou práci provázet. Klíčovou částí je představení samotné supervize, jejího významu, účastníků, etického kodexu, funkcí, druhů a forem, včetně supervize ve školství. Výzkumná část je založena na kombinaci kvantitativního a kvalitativního přístupu. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza poskytování supervize školním speciálním pedagogům. Celkem se výzkumu účastnilo 86 školních speciálních pedagogů. Prostřednictvím analýzy informačních zdrojů, dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jsme získali potřebné informace, které nám umožnily odpovědět na zkoumaný problém. Výsledky výzkumu přinášejí poznatky o aktuálním stavu a možnostech supervize školních speciálních pedagogů uvedených zemí.
