Organizovaná zkušenost s ayahuascou v ČR z pohledu uživatelů

Abstract

Ayahuasca je napoj obsahující slouceninu DMT, ktera z ní dela silne psychedelikum. Tento napoj tradicne uzívají obyvatele Amazonie v ramci samanskych ritualu nebo nabozenskych bohosluzeb. Pro svuj terapeuticky potencial je ve svete take vyuzívan k lecbe zavislostí, avsak u nas spada poradaní ayahuascovych ritualu pod trestnou cinnost. Presto se ritualy rozsírily i na nasem uzemí a jsou zde pomerne dostupnou zkuseností. Tato prace si klade tri hlavní cíle: popsat podobu a prubeh techto ritualu na uzemí Česke republiky, získat od ucastníku komplexní hodnocení jejich spokojenosti s ritualy, a nakonec zhodnotit tyto ritualy z hlediska metod snizovaní rizik a novejsího navazujícího konceptu maximalizace benefitu psychedelicke zkusenosti. V prakticke casti byl proveden kvalitativní vyzkum za pomoci polostrukturovanych rozhovoru s 10 ucastníky techto ritualu. Hlavní vysledky tvorí detailní popis prubehu ritualu - vetsina je vedena domorodym samanem, pusobí u nas ale i cestí neosamani, kterí nasledují domorode praktiky. Format je vetsinou skupinovy, vyskytly se ale i tri individualní ritualy, ktere byly více terapeuticky zamerene. Ayahuasca is a beverage containing the compound DMT, which makes it a powerful psychedelic. This drink has traditionally been used by Amazonian peoples in shamanic rituals or religious services. Because of its therapeutic potential, it is also used in the world to treat addictions, but the organisation of ayahuasca rituals in the Czech Republic is a criminal offence. Nevertheless, the rituals have become widespread in our country and are a relatively available experience. This thesis has three main objectives: to describe the form and course of these rituals in the Czech Republic, to obtain a complex evaluation of participant's satisfaction with the rituals, and finally to evaluate these rituals in terms of harm reduction methods and the more recent corollary concept of benefit maximization of psychedelic experience. In the practical part, qualitative research was conducted using semi-structured interviews with 10 participants of the rituals. The main results consist of detailed descriptions of the rituals - most are led by an indigenous shaman, but there are also Czech neoshamans who follow indigenous practices.
