Abstract

PharmDr. Josef Malý, Ph.D. Název diplomové práce: Využití fytoterapie v samoléčbě dospělé populace v České republice Úvod: Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na problematiku podpory imunity a respirační infekcí a jejich symptomů spolu s možným řešením prostřednictvím léčivých rostlin a přípravků z nich. Praktická část práce pak zahrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které sledují zkušenosti, názory a pohledy na fytoterapii laické i odborné části veřejnosti. V rámci práce jsou nejprve uvedeny jednotlivé respirační infekce spolu s jejich symptomy a původci, a následně jsou rozebrány léčivé rostliny a důkazy, které podporují jejich využívání. Práce zahrnuje rostliny, které mají imunostimulační účinky, následují rostliny s antivirotickými účinky a dále pak rostliny, které pomáhají v léčbě symptomů respiračních infekcí. The practical part of the thesis includes the results of a survey that monitors the experiences, opinions, and perspectives on phytotherapy from both the general public and professionals. The thesis first introduces various respiratory infections along with their symptoms and causes, and subsequently discusses medicinal plants and the evidence supporting their use. The work includes plants with immunostimulatory effects, followed by plants with antiviral effects, and then plants that help treat the symptoms of respiratory infections.
