Meracie a hodnotiace techniky v ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti

Abstract

Bakalárska práca "Meracie a hodnotiace techniky v ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti" sa venuje základnej charakteristike, negatívam a vyhodnocovaniu jednotlivých hodnotiacich a meracích nástrojov. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť znalosti praktických a všeobecných sestier o aktuálne používaných meracích a hodnotiacich technikách v ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti. Ďalším cieľom bolo zistiť čo sestry považujú za najväčšie limity pri používaní hodnotiacich škál a ich záujem o vzdelávanie na riešenú problematiku. V teoretickej časti práce sa nachádzajú základné informácie ohľadne riešenej problematiky ako popis vybraných meracích a hodnotiacich nástrojov. V empirickej časti sú uvedené výsledky vlastného výskumu a ich porovnávanie s ďalšími odbornými prácami. Metódou výskumu bolo dotazníkové šetrenie pomocou dotazníka vlastnej konštrukcie, ktorý bol distribuovaný praktickým a všeobecným sestrám vo Fakultnej nemocnici v Motole. Výsledky: Na základne vlastného výskumu bolo zistené, že takmer 59 % respondentov nepovažuje hodnotiace a meracie techniky ako stratu času a skoro 60 % opýtaných udáva ako najväčší limit hodnotiacich škál čas. Menej pozitívnym zistením bolo, že len necelých 30 % opýtaných absolvovalo v minulosti prednášku na riešené téma. Záver: Z vlastného výskumu je zrejmé, že je potreba upriamiť pozornosť...

The bachelor's thesis "Measurement and evaluation techniques in nursing care" is devoted to the basic characteristics, negatives and evaluation of individual evaluation and measurement tools. The aim of the work was to find out the knowledge of nurses about currently used measurement and evaluation techniques in nursing care. Another goal was to find out what the nurses consider to be the biggest limits when using rating scales and their interest in education on the issue being addressed. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic information about the problem being solved, such as a description of selected measurement and evaluation tools. The empirical part presents the results of own research and their comparison with other professional works. The method used in the research was a questionnaire survey using a self-constructed questionnaire that was distributed to practical and general nurses in the university hospital in Motol. Results: Based on their own research, it was found that almost 59 % of respondents do not consider evaluation and measurement techniques as a waste of time, and almost 60 % of respondents state that time is the biggest limitation of evaluation scales.
