Sociální faktory zdraví v dokumentech WHO

Abstract

This master thesis examines some social factors in chosen documents of the World Health Organization and in the strategic plans of the Czech Republic. The method used to examine these social factors is thematic analysis. Furthermore, the plans of the Czech Republic and the WHO documents are compared through a qualitative comparative analysis. The aim of the master thesis is to describe how the social factors of health are reflected in selected WHO documents and in the national strategic and action plans for health promotion in the Czech Republic. A sub-objective of the thesis is to present in which areas social workers can be involved in the protection and promotion of public health and what competences they need for this. Based on the research, recommendations for future practice are presented. The examination of documents and plans shows the importance of shaping community care and further improving the quality of primary health care in the Czech Republic. Tato diplomová práce zkoumá některé sociální faktory ve vybraných dokumentech Světové zdravotnické organizace a ve strategických plánech České republiky. Metodou, která je ke zkoumání těchto sociálních faktorů použita, je tematická analýza. Dále jsou prostřednictvím kvalitativní komparativní analýzy porovnány plány ČR a dokumenty Světové zdravotnické organizace. Cílem práce je popsat, jak se sociální faktory zdraví odrážejí ve vybraných dokumentech WHO a v národních strategických a akčních plánech podpory zdraví v České republice. Dílčím cílem práce je představit, v jakých oblastech se mohou sociální pracovníci zapojit do ochrany a podpory veřejného zdraví a jaké kompetence k tomu potřebují. Na základě výzkumu jsou prezentována doporučení pro budoucí praxi. Zkoumání dokumentů a plánů ukazuje na důležitost formování komunitní péče a dalšího zkvalitňování primární zdravotní péče v České republice.
