Ošetřovatelská péče o novorozence s gastrickou sondou

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the challenges of nursing care for gastric tubes in newborns hospitalized in perinatal centers. The theoretical part of this work provides an extensive overview of gastric enteral tubes, as well as indications and techniques for tube insertion in neonates. The aim of the practical part is to map nursing care and the techniques used when introducing and checking the position of gastric tubes. The research method of choice was a quantitative questionnaire survey a custom questionnaire. The survey was carried out in six perinatal centers out of total of twelve centers in the Czech Republic. These workplaces are: Institute for the care of mother and child, department of gynecology and obstetrics of the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and General University Hospital in Prague, Hospital České Budějovice, a.s., Krajská zdravotní, a.s.- Hospital Most o.z., Motol University Hospital, Krajská zdravotní, a.s.- Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o gastrickou sondu u novorozenců hospitalizovaných v perinatologických centrech na odděleních resuscitační, intenzivní a intermediární péče. Teoretická část této práce přináší ucelený přehled relevantních poznatků týkajících se gastrických enterálních sond, indikací a technik pro zavedení. Cílem empirické části této práce je zmapování ošetřovatelské péče a postupů, které sestry používají při zavádění a kontrole polohy gastrických sond. Výzkumnou metodou bylo zvoleno kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření za pomoci dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Dotazníkové šetření se uskutečnilo v šesti perinatologických centrech z celkového počtu dvanácti center na území České republiky. Jedná se o tyto pracoviště: Ústav pro péči o matku a dítě, Gynekologicko- porodnická klinika 1.LF UK a Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice v Praze, Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s., Krajská zdravotní, a.s. - Nemocnice Most o.z., Fakultní nemocnice v Motole, Krajská zdravotní, a.s. - Masarykova nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem. Analyzováno bylo celkem 156 dotazníků z původních 270 distribuovaných, návratnost tedy činila 58%.
