Možnosti pracovního uplatnění lidí se zdravotním postižením na chráněném trhu práce v Trutnově

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the possibilities for employment of people with disabilities on the protected labor market in Trutnov and the local sources of support offered to them. The theoretical part specifies the basic terms, the legislative embedding of the protection of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic, and support for these people on the labor market. Further, the area of Trutnov and the situation on the protected labor market and available sources of support are characterized. The empirical part is focused on qualitative research. Its aim was to research how the local employment situation on the protected labor market and the sources of support are perceived by the focused people themselves. The results of the research revealed room for improvement in these people's employment situation. The final part of this thesis proposes a specific possible solution.

Tato bakalářská práce mapuje možnosti pracovního uplatnění lidí se zdravotním postižením na chráněném trhu práce ve městě Trutnov a místní zdroje podpory nabízené těmto lidem. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, právní ukotvení ochrany lidí se zdravotním postižením v ČR a podpora těchto lidí na trhu práce. Následně je charakterizována oblast Trutnova, místní situace na chráněném trhu práce a zmapování dostupných zdrojů podpory. Empirická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak zdejší situaci na CHTP a zdroje podpory vnímají sami lidé se zdravotním postižením. Výsledky výzkumu poodkryly prostor pro zlepšení situace těchto lidí na místním trhu práce. V závěrečné části práce je věnován prostor formulaci konkrétního návrhu řešení.
