Specifika sociální práce s ukrajinskými uprchlíky pohledem sociálních pracovníků vybraných pražských organizací

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with specifics accompanying social work with Ukrainian refugees related to the Russian-Ukrainian war. The theoretical part introduces concepts associated with this topic and social work with refugees in the Czech Republic. Then it contains the context of the situation where Ukrainian refugees arrive in the Czech Republic, their characteristics, and how the state sphere, non-governmental organisations and Czech society reacted to them. Also, social services provided to the refugees are discussed. The practical part includes an analysis of semi-structured qualitative interviews with social workers from Prague non- governmental organisations focusing on migrants.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky, která doprovází sociální práci s ukrajinskými uprchlíky v souvislosti s ozbrojeným konfliktem probíhajícím na Ukrajině. V teoretické části nejprve představuji pojmy související s tímto tématem a práci s uprchlíky v České republice. Následně se věnuji kontextu situace, ve které do České republiky přicházejí ukrajinští uprchlíci, jejich charakteristice, reakci ze strany státu, neziskových organizací a české společnosti a také sociálním službám, které jsou těmto klientům poskytovány. Praktickou část potom tvoří analýza polostrukturovaných kvalitativních rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky z pražských neziskových organizací pracujících s migranty.
