Abstract

The position of people with disabilities in social security Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the position of people with disabilities in social security. It provides insight into the historical context and brings the status of people with disabilities in society. The diploma thesis deals with the issue from the theoretical point of view when it analyses the development of legislation, from the practical point of view when it confronts the theory of legislation with the impacts on the practice of people with disabilities. The work is divided into four main chapters, which logically follow each other. The first chapter is devoted to the periodization of history, i.e., the historical context, passed legislation, and attitudes to people with disabilities. This chapter is essential for understanding contexts. The second chapter regulates concepts' coherence and defines basic concepts, such as - a person with a disability, social security or integration, inclusion, and barriers. The third chapter deals with comprehensive services and aids, emphasizes comprehensive rehabilitation, which according to the study of documents, is the basis for the inclusion of people with disabilities in social life, and defines compensatory and special aids, the essence of which compensates for self-sufficiency....

Postavení osob se zdravotním postižení v sociálním zabezpečení Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem postavení osob se zdravotním postižením v sociálním zabezpečení. Poskytuje vhled do historických souvislostí a přibližuje současné postavení osob se zdravotním postižením ve společnosti. Diplomová práce pojímá problematiku po stránce teoretické, kdy podává rozbor vývoje právní úpravy, i po stránce praktické, kdy konfrontuje teorii legislativy s dopady do praxe postavení osob se zdravotním postižením. Práce se člení na čtyři stěžejní kapitoly, které na sebe logicky navazují. První kapitola je věnována periodizaci dějin, tedy historickým souvislostem, minulým legislativám a tehdejším postojům k osobám se zdravotním postižením. Tato kapitola je podstatná pro pochopení kontextů. Druhá kapitola upravuje koherenci pojmů a definuje základní pojmy, jako - osoba se zdravotním postižením, sociální zabezpečení či integrace, inkluze a bariéry. Třetí kapitola pojednává o ucelených službách a pomůckách, je zde zdůrazněna ucelená rehabilitace, která je dle studia dokumentů základem pro inkluzi osob se zdravotním postižením do společenského života a rovněž kapitola definuje kompenzační a zvláštní pomůcky, jejichž podstatou je kompenzovat soběstačnost.
