Sportovní motivy v povídkách Bohumila Hrabala

Abstract

This thesis focuses on sports motifs in Bohumil Hrabal's short story collections. Its core is Hrabal's collections Perlička na dně and Pábitelé. The thesis examines the concept of sport in literature, the development and depiction of sport motifs in the Czech literary tradition. It then examines in more detail the sports motifs in the individual texts of both collections, points out the differences in the treatment of sport in Hrabal's work and notes the various contexts and roles that sport plays in Hrabal's stories.

Tato práce se zaměřuje na sportovní motivy v povídkových sbírkách Bohumila Hrabala. Jejím jádrem jsou Hrabalovy sbírky Perlička na dně a Pábitelé. Práce zkoumá pojetí sportu v literatuře, vývoj a zobrazování sportovních motivů v české literární tradici. Podrobněji se pak zabývá sportovními motivy v jednotlivých textech obou sbírek, poukazuje na odlišnosti zpracování sportu v Hrabalově díle a všímá si nejrůznějších kontextů a rolí, do kterých sport v Hrabalových povídkách vstupuje.
