Role vychovatele z pohledu chovanců z dětského domova se školou

Abstract

(in English): This diploma thesis deals with the view of inmates from an orphanage with a school on the role of an educator. In the theoretical part you will learn the possibilities of alternative child care in the Czech Republic with a more detailed description of the facilities. Furthermore, the specific most common causes of placement of inmates in a children's home with a school and the conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to a detailed description of the role of the educator - characteristics of the educator's work, necessary legislation, key competencies and necessary education of the educator. The aim of the practical part is to find out what type of educator is preferred by inmates from a children's home with a school and whether it can influence their personal development and help with subsequent resocialization. The evaluation was based on interviews that focus on the personalities of educators and relationships with them. An interview with ten inmates of one specific children's home with a school in the Central Bohemian Region was chosen as the technique of data collection from the research survey. (česky) Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pohledem chovanců z dětského domova se školou na roli vychovatele. V teoretické části se dozvíte možnosti náhradní péče o dítě v České Republice s bližším popisem daných zařízeních. Dále pak konkrétní nejčastější příčiny umístění chovanců v dětském domově se školou a závěr teoretické časti je věnován podrobnému popisu samotné roli vychovatele - charakteristika práce vychovatele, potřebná legislativa, klíčové kompetence a potřebné vzdělání vychovatele. Cílem praktické části je zjistit názor chlapců vychovávaných v dětském domově se školou, na osobu vychovatele, jaký typ vychovatele upřednostňují a zda může ovlivnit jejich osobnostní rozvoj a pomoci k následné resocializaci. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě rozhovorů, které jsou zaměřené na osobnosti vychovatelů a vztahy s nimi. Technikou sběru dat výzkumného šetření byl zvolen rozhovor u šesti chovanců jednoho konkrétního dětského domova se školou ve středočeském kraji. Výzkumná otázky byla definována takto "Jaký by měl být vychovatel, dle očí chovanců v dětském domově se školou?" Výsledky nám ukazují představu vhodného vychovatele, jak ho vidí chovanci daného zařízení.
