Abstract

Název práce: Vliv vykouřených cigaret a konzumace alkoholu na zubní kaz a paradontózu u dospělých a vztah mezi příjmem alkoholu a viscerálním tukem u seniorů. Cíl: Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo posoudit vliv konzumace alkoholických nápojů a vykouřených cigaret na riziko vzniku zubního kazu a paradontózy u dospělých. Dalším cílem bylo posoudit vztah mezi příjmem alkoholu a viscerálním tukem u seniorů. Metody: Diplomová práce je uskutečňována jako dvě na sobě nezávislé průřezové studie. V první studii byly rozdíly mezi pohlavími testovány pomocí neparametrického Kolmogorov-Smirnovůvova testu. Pro posouzení vztahu mezi množstvím konzumovaného alkoholu v kg a vykouřených cigaret v ks a rizikem vzniku zubního kazu nebo paradontózy byl použit Pearsonův korelační koeficient. Ve druhé studii byla analýza tělesné kompozice provedena pomocí elektrické bioimpedační metody. Pro testování hypotéz byl použit dvou výběrový Kolmogorov-Smirnovův test. Kromě toho byl vytvořen bodový graf zachycující vztah mezi množstvím alkoholu a viscerálním tukem. Výsledky: První studie, ankety, se zúčastnilo celkem 18 respondentů. Ve výsledcích byla prokázána vysoká statisticky významná korelace mezi konzumací alkoholických nápojů a rizikem zubního kazu u dospělých. Title: The effect of cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption on dental caries and periodontitis in adults and the relationship between alcohol intake and visceral fat in the elderly. Objectives: The aim of my master thesis was to assess the influence of alcoholic beverages and cigarette smoking on the risk of dental caries and periodontitis in adults. Another aim was to assess the relationship between alcohol intake and visceral fat in the elderly. Methods: The thesis is carried out as two independent cross-sectional studies. In the first study, gender differences were tested using the non-parametric Kolmogorov- Smirnov test. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to assess the relationship between the amount of alcohol consumed in kg and cigarettes smoked in pcs and the risk of dental caries or periodontitis. In the second study, body composition analysis was performed using the electrical bioimpedance method. Two-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to test the hypotheses.
