Podporované zaměstnávání jako možnost integrace osob s mentálním postižením

Abstract

Tuto práci s názvem "Podporované zaměstnávání jako možnost integrace osob s mentálním postižením" jsem zpracovala jako závěrečnou práci v rámci absolvování studijního programu Sociální práce. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku integrace osob s mentálním postižením. Mentální postižení je charakterizováno z hlediska příčin, hlavních znaků a také je uvedena klasifikace tohoto postižení dle MKN-10. Následně je nastíněna problematika vzdělávání osob s mentálním postižením, pedagogická integrace a cíle vzdělávacího procesu. Jsou zde popsány předpoklady (legislativní zázemí, rodina, osobnost integrovaného člověka) pro realizaci integrace osob s mentálním postižením. Integrované vzdělávání umožňuje přípravu na budoucí povolání osobám s mentálním postižením. Přesto se hledají další cesty k tomu, aby tato část populace nalezla uplatnění na otevřeném trhu práce a mohla se co nejúspěšněji začlenit do společnosti osob bez postižení. Proto existuje v ČR program podporovaného zaměstnávání, který představuje důležitou aktivitu v integračním procesu. Je zde popsán vývoj, základní principy a celý proces podporovaného zaměstnávání. I wrote this document with a title of "Supported employment as a possibility of an integration of mentally disabled people" as a final work within finished Social work study programme. This document is focused on a question of the integration of mentally disabled people. Mental disability is classified from a view of causes, main signs and it is also mentioned classification of a disability by the MKN-10. I mentioned a question of an education and pedagogical integration of mentally disabled people into an usual educational process in the next step. There are described presumptions (legislatives, family,personality of an integrated person) for realization of the integration. The integrated education makes a preparation for future occupation possible. Nevertheless, there are ways that are looked for, so that this part of population could be use in the job market. That is why exists programme of supported employment in the Czech Republic, which is an important activity in the integrated process. There are described development, basic principles and the whole process of the supported employment. This service is realized by non-profit organizations, which is why there is mentioned the characteristics of a civil association called "Rytmus", its provided services, aims and use of services of a chosen user....
